Third party authentication

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Fyrefuse supports Single Sign-On (SSO), an authentication method that allows users to log in once with a single set of credentials and gain access to multiple applications without needing to log in again for each one.

Fyrefuse supports SSO via OpenID Connect (OIDC) to simplify user access and enhance security across your organization. By integrating with an identity provider (IdP), Fyrefuse enables users to authenticate using their existing credentials—eliminating the need for separate usernames and passwords.

IdP configuration

Since SSO follows a standard implementation, the configuration needed by the Identity providers is the same for everyone.

Logging in

Once the IdP configuration is complete you are allowed to login with SSO selecting the Continue with <IdP name> option on the login screen.

You’ll be forwarded to your IdP's login page (e.g. Google login page). Log into your work account and you’ll be forwarded back to Fyrefuse and be logged in.

note: if you were already logged in your company account, you may not be forwarded to the IdP’s login page and directly get logged in to Fyrefuse.

Next Steps

Once the IdP configuration is complete and you are able to log-in, you can start setup your user preferences and explore the Fyrefuse platform.
