Add Team Leaders and Users

Before you start

This page guides you through adding users for Fyrefuse. You may decide to use Fyrefuse internal user management or to create users that are authenticated using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Fyreforce.

Should you decide to use SSO, Fyrefuse will communicate with your SSO system directly.

Info: The following steps need to be executed by a Fyrefuse user with administrator credentials.

Login with the administrator credentials.

Login with the administrator credentials.

Select the “Users” section on the left menù and click the "+" icon in the top-right corner.

The first flag, “Enabled”, determines whether the user is active.

An enabled user has full access to the platform's features according to their assigned authorization rights.

The second flag, “Email Notifications”, allows the user to receive platform notifications via email.

Lastly, select the roles to be assigned to the user.

Click "Save" to persist the changes.

The new user will now appear in the users list.

Fyrefuse will send a temporary password to the user’s email account to be used for the first login.

Congratulations! The new account is ready to be used. Make sure the project’s team leader adds it to the team in order to grant the resources access.
